DeliveryWhen you place your order, you can choose between standard delivery via ParcelForce, UPS Standard, or pay extra for UPS Express delivery Not at Home?If you know you’re going to be out living your life when your order is delivered, as long as the package isn't too big, you can get it delivered to your nearest Post Office for collection instead. When you select ParcelForce, you can have your order delivered to your door or you can select Post Office Pickup, have your order dropped off at your nearest Post Office, and just pick it up when it’s more convenient. As soon as you click on Post Office Pickup, a list of the Post Offices near your delivery address will pop up so you can select the best one for you. Remember! You’ll need to take a form of ID when you go to pick up your package! Track & TraceAs soon as your order has been packed and prepared, we’ll send you an email including the Track & Trace information for your package. If your Track & Trace code isn’t active yet, it just means the package is waiting to be collected and scanned in by the courier. Please wait a little while and check again later. See Your Delivery Status in Your AccountIf you have a Bax Music account then you can log in at the top of the home page, click on your name, then click on Order History in the drop down menu. Here you can select the order you want to check, then scroll down the page to see the Track & Trace code. Click on the code to track your order. Missed Delivery?If you miss the courier, a note will be left letting you know when they’ll try again or that the package has been left with your neighbour. DelaysWhile we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, our couriers can occasionally suffer delays. If your order still hasn’t been delivered 4 days after it was sent, please get in touch with our Helpdesk.
