My Order Hasn't Arrived

We understand that you're already itching to get your hands on your new gear, which is why we always send you Track & Trace info so you can keep a close eye on your order as it makes its way to you.

When you place your order, you can choose between standard delivery via ParcelForce, UPS Standard, or pay extra for UPS Express delivery. 

No matter which option you choose, as soon as your order has been packed and prepared, we’ll send you an email including the Track & Trace information for your package so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you.

If you can’t find the Track & Trace email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, just in case. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with our Helpdesk.

If your Track & Trace code isn’t active yet, it just means the package is waiting to be collected and scanned in by the courier. Please wait a little while and check again later.

Tracking Your Order

Did the Courier Miss You?

Were you out when the courier tried to deliver your order? In that case, they should have left a note letting you know when they’ll try again or that the package is with your neighbour.

If you don’t have a note, or you’ve checked and your neighbour doesn’t have your package, please contact our Helpdesk.

Tip:

When you place your order, you can choose between standard delivery via ParcelForce, UPS Standard, or pay extra for UPS Express delivery. 

When you select ParcelForce, you can have your order delivered to your door or you can select Post Office Pickup, have your order dropped off at your nearest Post Office, and just pick it up when it’s more convenient.
