Are you looking for a high-quality wireless vocal set? The AKG DMS70 Quattro vocal set contains two wireless handheld microphones that both have a super-cardioid pickup pattern. It also contains a DSR70 digital wireless receiver. This digital wireless vocal set consists of only top-class products.
AKG DHT70 digital wireless microphone
The microphone has channel recognition, so that your microphone is always attuned to the frequency of the receiver. The microphone also has an indicator light that displays the battery status. Thanks to the Diversity System, the best available signal is found which is then used for the transferral of the outgoing signal.
AKG DSR70 digital wireless receiver
The AKG DSR70 receiver is the first wireless receiver that does not use any compression. This ensures high-quality audio. As this receiver operates within the 2.4 GHz bandwidth, you can use it anywhere in the world. In combination with the AKG DHT70 wireless digital microphones you will be provided with a great vocal set.
2-way system
This vocal set has a 2-way system. This way, the receiver can automatically program itself to an available frequency. The sound technician that might be moving around at a gig has not been forgotten as the receiver can be controlled via a remote control.

Nu enige malen gebruikt waarbij de ontvangers op het podium stonden, op aangeven van andere reviews.
Geluid is prachtig. heldere klank en heel natuurgetrouw. Geen storingen gehad en geen verbazende dingen opgemerkt. Het enige wat opviel, door de helderheid, was dat de twee dames die deze microfoons vast hadden ten opzichte van de twee heren met een WMS45 set, was das de microfoons op de monitor eerder rondzingen als je de microfoon er naartoe wijst op hetzelfde geluidsniveau. Natuurlijk is het niet de bedoeling, en na de uitleg dat je een microfoon niet rechtstreeks naar de monitor moet wijzen was dit ook verholpen.

Werkt perfect, goede duidelijke klank, geen last van uitvallen enz.
Je moet wel zorgen dat de zender en ontvangen dicht bij elkaar staan (zeker als er veel Wifi actief is).
Dus niet zender op podium, ontvanger achter in de zaal, maar plaats de ontvanger ook op het podium.

Handig dat de ontvangers in een kleine behuizing zitten.
Tot gisteravond deed deze set waarvoor ik hem had aangeschaft.
Helaas bij mijn laatste optreden erg veel problemen gehad, exact zoals Yannick schrijft.
Meerdere malen uitvallen van de microfoons door haperende frequenties.
Batterijen vervangen door nieuwe, nieuwe frequenties ingesteld, niets bleek het probleem te verhelpen.
Het komt onprofessioneel over, en de volgende keer wordt ik op die plek niet meer geboekt!!!
Een volgend optreden durf ik deze set niet meer mee te nemen vanwege de onbetrouwbaarheid.
Is er iemand met een oplossing voor dit probleem?
Deze set uitgebreid met in totaal 4 microfoons is nu nutteloos geworden.
Heb zelfs 2 optredens gehad waarbij ik de set totaal niet kon gebruiken omdat het signaal letterlijk elke 5 sec. even wegviel.
Heb het product ter reparatie aangeboden via Bax shop maar helaas viel er niets te repareren en was het antwoord van de importeur dat het nu eenmaal druk was in de 2.4 Ghz band. Tsja. Onbruikbaar dus.
Nog niet kunnen proberen wat precies het bereik is, maar voor podium toepassing perfect.
In mijn studio staat de set naast andere draadloze apparatuur en de wireless computer router..
Wat als eerste opvalt is de supereenvoudige bediening. Gewenste ingang op ontvanger kiezen door connectieknopm twee seconden in de drukken en daarna op connectiebutton en powerbutton op de handmicrofoon drukken. Klaar is Kees. Handig is dat de microfoons automatisch worden uitgeschakeld als je de ontvanger uitzet. Je hoeft dus niet achter je microfoons aan om ze een voor een uit te schakelen. Andersom zou nòg handiger zijn geweest, dus dat je de microfoons op afstand aan kunt zetten, maar dat schijnt alleen bij de duurdere serie te kunnen.
Geluid is perfect. Vergeleken bij een EW500/835 van Sennheiser is dit een wereld van verschil. Heel helder en gedetailleerd. Hoe ze in een live-stage omgeving hun werk doen heb ik nog niet kunnen controleren, maar met normale presentatie en wat testzang ging het prima.
Voordeel van deze set is de eenvoud van bediening, de 4-in-1 rackontvanger en de goede geluidskwaliteit. Ook een voordeel is het gebruik van 2 AA batterijen (i.p.v. de 9V blokjes bij mijn Sennheisers en Shure).
Nadeel vind ik het ontbreken van een signal-LED op de ontvanger (dan kun je snel aflezen welke microfoon gebruikt wordt) en de kunststof behuizing van de handhelds. Daar had ik toch liever metaal gezien.
Al met al een prima set. Ik hoop dat de losse handhelds snel te koop/op voorraad komen, zodat ik de set kan uitbreiden naar 4 stuks.
