General
Xvive's U2 is one of the most compact wireless guitar systems on the market. It consists of a transmitter that plugs into your guitar and a receiver that plugs into your amplifier. Both devices are rechargeable and a USB cable is included for that purpose. The system operates at 2.4 GHz to ensure crystal-clear broadcasting over a distance of up to 30 metres and the batteries last up to 5 hours on a full charge.

Binnen 24u geleverd. Ik heb het draadloos systeem getest en vergeleken met een hoogwaardige kabel. Zowel het geluid als de volumeregeling matchen perfect. Het systeem is simpelweg plug- en play zonder enige configuratie. Er is geen vertraging op het kanaal.
Ik kreeg even wat ruis over mijn kanaal maar dat had te maken met hoe ik de zender in mijn gitaar had gestoken. De zender zat namelijk iets te kort bij de elektronica van de gitaar zelf maar met een kleine aanpassing was dit meteen opgelost. 7 dagen na aankoop heb ik dan het systeem ook meteen live gebruikt bij een optreden. Ik kon vlot 10 meter van het podium verplaatsen zonder signaalverlies. Wat een vrijheid.

Wat een perfect product! Uitpakken, opladen, inpluggen en spelen zonder enig waarneembaar verlies van volume of toon.

Ik heb de X-vive nu bijna een jaar in huis. In die tijd is de unit drie keer kapot gegaan. Twee keer onder garantie gerepareerd, de laatste keer enkele weken geleden. Nu doet hij het weer niet, het geluid is minimaal, heel zachtjes en volledig vervormd. Alles drie maal gecheckt, batterijen opgeladen, verwisselen met kabel geeft wel prima geluid, alle frequenties geprobeerd (blauwe lampje brandt, er is dus contact). ALS de unit het doet, doet hij het goed. Maar ja, deze derde keer laat ik het er maar bij zitten denk ik.

Meerdere bandleden hadden 'm al en ik nu ook. Eén dag na bestelling in huis. Apparaatjes beïnvloeden elkaar niet, zo bleek. Geluidskwaliteit van "snoerniveau". Lijkt een prima product. Nog te kort gebruikt om te zien hoe lang de accuutjes het uithouden, maar de rest had daar geen klachten over. Leuk om nu de zaal in te kunnen lopen tijdens het spelen en niet meer op je eigen snoer te trappen! Ben er blij mee!

Inmiddels heb ik dit setje bijna drie jaar in bezit, vaak op het podium en in de repetitieruimte gebruikt en ze gaan nog steeds als de gesmeerde bliksem. Voor deze prijs is dit echt een super-super-supergoed product en ik raad ze iedereen aan! Oh, en áls iedereen ze dan koopt: wel effe afstemmen dat iedereen op een ander kanaal instelt, anders wordt het een interessant gevecht ;)

Mooi product en degelijk afgewerkt.
na openen van de doos was ik 2 minuutjes later al draadloos gitaar aan het spelen, zo simpel is het.
Synchronisatie in minder dan 1 sec en ik merk zelf ook niets van latency tussen gitaar en combobox.
Kortom - tevreden!

Uitpakken, insteken, aanzetten en spelen maar. Erg simpel en effectief en geen merkbare beperking gehoord. Drie dagen gebruikt alleen bij repetities maar geen storingen o.i.d. Gaat lang mee, en opladen was snel gebeurd. Ik kijk het even aan maat denk dat er nog meer volgen voor gitaar, nu gebruikt bij de bas.
