Would you like to move freely across the stage without having to worry about the quality of your wireless signal? Shure's GLXD14 set - a compact GLXD4 receiver, a GLXD1 bodypack transmitter and a matching 0.7-metre WA301 instrument cable - grants you optimal freedom of movement with a range of up to 65 yards. This digital wireless system for guitar and bass automatically selects the optimal frequency, ensuring a crystal-clear sound that's free of noise and distortion.
Shure GLX-D4 Receiver
The receiver in this professional digital set is the Shure GLXD4, a nifty little device with a number of state-of-the-art features. Take the LINKFREQ system, for instance, which automatically (and continuously) searches for an available frequency. Should any interference occur during your performance, it will scan the frequency bands and make real-time channel adjustments. Meanwhile, a clear, well-organised display tells you all you need to know about the current frequency and the remaining battery life of your GLXD1 bodypack transmitter. If you like, you can even use the GLX-D4 receiver to adjust your transmitter's gain.
Shure GLX-D1 Transmitter
To go with your receiver, this Shure set offers the GLX-D1, a bodypack transmitter with a powerful lithium-ion battery that allows you to perform for up to sixteen consecutive hours. Should you forget to recharge the transmitter's battery before a gig, there's no need for panic. A short, 15-minute charging session is all it needs to perform for another hour and a half. Connect your guitar to the GLXD1 transmitter by means of the included WA302 cable. As this digital system boasts a frequency range of 20 to 20,000 Hz, your instrument's entire sound spectrum is captured. The signal is transmitted using the 2.4GHz frequency band, ensuring world-wide interference-free sound.

Wat een verschil!
De beltpack voelt heel professioneel en solide aan door zijn volledig metalen behuizing.
De geluidskwaliteit is zeer goed, geen drop-outs of vervormingen. Door het grote bereik kan ik vanuit mijn hele huis gitaar spelen!
De meegeleverde instrumentkabel zit stevig in elkaar, alhoewel ik me afvraag of een TA4M (mini-XLR) connector geschikt is voor langdurig, ruw podiumwerk in combinatie met een gitaar. Voor een microfoon zal dit minder een probleem zijn.
De ontvanger heeft een duidelijk display en een dock voor het opladen van de beltpack-accu.
Het enige nadeel is dat er geen mogelijkheid is om de ontvanger in een 19" rack in te bouwen.
Echt een waanzinnig systeem, ik gebruik hem voor mijn basgitaar en doet gewoon wat het moet doen, ook erg duidelijk dat je kan zien hoe lang de accu mee gaat.
Geen ruisen en of storen.
Hij werkt fantastisch ! Na hele slechte ervaringen met een niet draadloze AKG set die continue stoorde en pieken gaf op de versterker ingang, waardoor de versterker er mee stopte....
Zeer goede geluidskwaliteit ! Geen enkele storing ! Lange batterijduur !
Let erop dat je de juiste microfoon kiest. We hebben een Rode HS-1 en hiervoor had ik uiteindelijk toch een andere connector nodig (Shure 3 polig, Micon-3)
Zeer tevreden !
