MXR recently collaborated with some well-known artists to design some new pedals. In the case of the DD25 Dookie Drive that was Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day. For the BFG07 Siete Santos Octavio Fuzz they enlisted the help of Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top. Not to be outdone, Dunlop worked with Jerry Cantrell from Alice In Chains to create the JC95B Cry Baby Wah.

Lots of guitarists out there would love to experiment with an old-school tape echo. You know, those warm, analogue 60s-70s delays, brought about by a tape recorder with all sorts of fascinating controls. Unfortunately, there are no free rides in this world. The price of a (secondhand) tape recorder, if you can find one, is often astronomical, not to mention the costs of the cartridges and maintenance. So, Dunlop launched the EP103 Echoplex.
