Philips DPM6700/03: All-in-One Dictation and Transcription Pack
The PocketMemo DPM6000 voice recorder has two integrated omnidirectional microphones that register dictation in stereo and with defined clarity. Coupled with the included SpeechExec software, recordings are automatically sent to a specified destination and the headset combined with the footswitch toggles pause, rewind, fast-forward and playback and makes transcribing that bit easier.
Philips SpeechExec Software
A two year license for Philips' own SpeechExec software come included. This smart software sends a dictation file directly to specified location and the file then appears as a task on the destination computer and the control screen of the recorder. Priority levels can be assigned to certain tasks and the status is displayed in real-time. A couple of optional extras include the eased compatibility with software like the cloud-service, SpeechLive and the speech recognition software, Dragon Professional.
Tips or comments about this product
Please note: Philips have released software version 11.5 for all professional dictation devices. The software license (Windows only) that comes with every device lasts for two years and following the two year period, a license code will need to be purchased.
