General

The guitar makers at Stagg have given their favourite US ukulele some fun colours and prints. This model features the genial giraffe, and of course the best part is that its eye has been worked into the sound hole! Don't be fooled by the fun finish though, because the Stagg US Giraffe ukulele is a serious instrument, with a sound that is just as attractive as its graphics. This little instrument is truly a joy to play, whether you at home or on the road.

Construction

This is a traditional soprano ukulele with a basswood body. The neck and headstock are made from nato, which is an eastern wood that's often compared to mahogany. The basswood body ensures a great, bright sound, while the nato neck offers a good dose of warmth. And while it's certainly fun to look at, this ukulele was mean to be played, which is why it comes with a practical travel case.
