A genuine one-off, the Kala KA-SWT Waterman Transparent Ice ukulele is everything that it claims to be: a fully transparent soprano ukulele, from the body and headstock to the bridge. With this model, you can even see the inner workings of the bracing beneath the soundboard and, while it is made of a completely see-through polycarbonate, this uke still delivers when it comes to classic and bright, ukulele sound - partly thanks to a pre-fitted set of Aquila Super Nylgut strings and geared machine heads. This unique offering comes complete with a gig bag.

The Waterman Series

Inspired by the popular 1950s Maccaferri ukulele, Kala Waterman Series ukuleles have been designed for everyone, but especially musicians who prefer the outdoor lifestyle. The polycarbonate body makes this innovative and ultra-lightweight Waterman model completely water resistant and far less sensitive to the warping effects of extreme temperature and humidity levels when compared to more traditional wooden models, making this uke the ideal travelling buddy.
