The SMC-4 concert ukulele from Islander is equipped with a spruce soundboard and a mahogany back and sides. Here, the spruce ensures forceful attack and volume to match, while the mahogany adds warmth and balance to round out the bright foundation sound. Besides white binding, this uke has been furnished with a light-blue abalone rosette, showcasing Islander's reputation for building authentic instruments that offer rich sound and great playability.
