Made from ultra-strong polycarbonate to guarantee maximum stability, the travel-ready Flight UTS-32 soprano ukulele is a solid, next-gen travelling buddy. Highly resistant to the warping effects of extreme temperature and humidity levels when compared to a traditional wooden build, this four-string innovation has been specifically designed for the wandering musician of any age. The smaller soprano body also supports young beginners while the durable construction can handle a few bumps and knocks and, as a generous bonus, this ukulele comes including a drawstring bag and an instruction book.
The Flight Ultra Travel Series UTS-32: Outstanding Tone
While you might think that a plastic ukulele will probably sound pretty bad next to a wooden model, you'd better think again. The Flight UTS-32 features a rounded, arched back and an ultra-thin soundboard supported by grid bracing that combine to produce a surprising amount of volume and outstanding sonic projection. This model also comes with a set of pre-installed fluorocarbon strings that help shape refined and rich tone. In terms of playability, comfort is assured by a wider 37.3mm nut that gives your fingers plenty of room to grab chords and play finger-picking as well as strumming techniques, completing a comfy model no matter your skill level.
