While Dhani Harrison is usually found on stage or in the studio with a guitar in his hands or sitting behind a drum kit, he's often found writing new material on a ukulele. As such, Fender present the Dhani Harrison Artist electro-acoustic tenor ukulele, finished with various unique and surprising details from a cloud-shaped fretboard inlay, to the eyes of Buddha found on the back. To give this little uke maximum on-stage presence, a piezo pickup has been teamed up with a Fender FE-U01 preamp complete with built-in tuner, volume and tone controls.

Prachtig klinkend instrument. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, akoestisch klinkt hij nog vrij zacht, dat kan een voordeel of een nadeel zijn, net waar je van houdt.
Ik ben er zeer tevreden over.

Fender Introduces Upgraded Mandolins!

Fender recently announced a number of new mandolins: the Concert Tone Mando Pack , Concert Tone FM52E , Concert Tone FM53S , Concert Tone FM63S and the Concert Tone FM63SE . The 53 series features the well-known classic teardrop shape, while the 63 series consists of gorgeous Baroque style mandolins. Furthermore, the E at the end of certain type numbers stands for 'electric', which means that besides the fully acoustic models, there are also electrical models available.
