It’s small and flimsy

Don't waste your money on this product it's an absolute piece of sh*t! You get what you pay for! If you let go of the ukulele it will drop or fall to the floor, which clearly defeats the object of wearing a strap, and I'm not sure that the plastic hook wouldn't damage the instrument with regular use. I bought one with a Fender ukulele because it was recommended as part of a set on the Bax-shop website, but obviously whoever put these two items together is some kind of idiot who doesn't know what they're talking about or just didn't bother to check it out. I was pissed off they sent me this scrappy little piece of rubbish, but in my haste I didn't bother to check it out either! The ukulele purchased from them was the best price I could find, that's about the best thing I can say about this online seller as I paid extra for shipping for the instrument to be delivered to my home but it was two days late and I had to collect from local post office. The customer service agent, Alexander took a few days to reply to my email complaint and said "I have requested a refund of the shipping costs." which, is not really a commitment to refund and four days later I still haven't received the money into my account. They are really slow to respond to emails. I would say that I'm sure they're nice people but their customer service needs to improve. A lot! I'm willing to bet that this review doesn't make it onto the webpage?

A magical piece of kit for pennies. 40 years ago I struggled tuning my instruments - now for pennies its tuned up in seconds. Buy with confidence.

A great little tuner so easy to use and understand fast delivery love it

only expected it to work i have had these type of tuners before..but i found it alot better than i thought it would be,its very clear to see whats happening,and when its correct it turns from a blue back ground to a green one and will waver to blue unless its bang on,,also its not as light as others of this type,so i feel its well made...these things are a must for learners (ill joke it took me 10 years to learn to tune up in the 70"s,we would of payed alot of money for these then ;-)

Als beginnende Ukelele speler dit setje aangekocht voor een schappelijke prijs. De Ukelele geeft een mooie klank en perfect voor de beginnende speler. Meer heb je niet nodig als beginner.

Ik ben zeer aangenaam verrast met de aankoop van deze concert ukelele. Ook met mijn brede handen en ietwat dikke vingers lekker bespeelbaar, zowel fingerpicking als strummen. Ik had reeds lang een gitaar maar speel de voorbije weken bijna dagelijks en hoofdzakelijk op de ukelele. De klank is warm, de houtkleur oogt mooi en de ukelele is netjes afgewerkt. Bovendien lijkt ze ook stemvast, na een tijd volstaat enkel nog een zeer geringe fijn tuning. Wellicht mede de nylonsnaren die ik snel verving door Aquila New Nylgut snaren. Deze Fazley K23-W concert ukelele biedt voor zijn scherpe prijs een puike kwaliteit en heel veel speelplezier.
