If you're eager to learn how to play the ukulele, then the Fazley Concert Pack K23W will get you started in the right direction. It includes a concert-size uke, which is slightly larger than the standard soprano ukulele.
Concert Pack K23W: just right
You can play the ukulele with your fingers, but playing with a plectrum will give your leads some extra oomph, so Fazley have included some plectrums in this set as well. There's also a clip-on tuner and a stand so you can store your uke safely and still have it in view and within reach when you feel inspired to practise! I am very happy with this, for £20 it's everything I expected. The strings hold tune after a bit of stretching, and it sounds nice and feels quite sturdy.
Probably not the choice for an advanced Ukulele player but it's a good beginner instrument, maybe invest in a Tenor or Baritone uke eventually.
