If you are one of those DJs who work with vinyl, you'll know how important it is to keep your turntables in optimal condition. After all, you have to be able to rely on your gear for each and every show. For that reason, at Bax-shop we have composed this set of two PLX-1000 turntables and matching Prodjuser flight cases. The Pioneer PLX-1000 is a high-quality turntable that combines an authentic feel with modern-day technology. Pioneer has modelled the turntable after the illustrious SL-1200, but made a number of technological improvements in the design.
Pioneer PLX-1000
The clean layout of the PLX-1000 is quite similar to that of the SL-1200. Pioneer hasn't made an exact copy of the legendary turntable, though. The pitch range of the PLX-1000 has been extended to +/-8%, +/-16% and +/-50%, for instance. The only output you'll find on the rear panel of the turntable is a gold-plated stereo RCA output - a single, high-quality output that dispenses the need for other, switchable connectors. Additionally, Pioneer has equipped the PLX-1000 with a detachable power cable, an S-shaped tone arm, blue LED lighting and a round start/stop button. Fortunately, the manufacturer hasn't been tempted to add any frills like LCD displays, sample buttons, Ethernet connectors or USB ports - this turntable has been designed to play vinyl, nothing more, nothing less.
Prodjuser TT-1200L flight case
If you own a set of valuable PLX-1000 turntables, it's best not to leave anything to chance and to take good care of them during transport. You want to make sure that they'll be in top shape for your next performance, after all. The TT-1200L flight cases in this set are fashioned from rugged birch plywood and feature a hard black top layer and black recessed hardware. Additionally, the TT-1200Ls are equipped with butterfly latches, a built-in handle and stackable ball corners.

The torque is incredible...as a scratch DJ, this is the most important factor, and it really seems much better than the competition!
Two major plus-points that the Pioneers have one the rest are:
* The inset cable area...this allows the decks to be positioned sideways (battle mode) next to the mixer
* Increased speed to +-50%!

NXS2 Series by Pioneer Now Works with Traktor
