Fully optimised for low frequencies, the D'Addario PW-CT-17CBK Eclipse is specially made for cellos and double basses, which means the tuning range spans 430 to 450 Hertz. To get the best results, it's recommended that the tuner is clipped on at the lowest strings and don't worry, it works just fine in noisy, on-stage situations! In addition, this chromatic cello and double bass tuner features an adjustable display that'll automatically switch off after a while to preserve the battery. Speaking of which, a CR2032 button-cell battery comes included.

Prima tuner, werkt erg accuraat op de contrabas maar ook op elektrische bas en akoestische gitaar. Zoals altijd een snelle levering, maar kan Bax niet eens iets aan die overdadige verpakking doen? Zo'n relatief klein dingetje in een doos zo groot dat er met gemak een rattenfamilie in kan huisvesten. Misschien een beetje overdreven, maar ik denk dat het wel iets minder kan qua verpakking.

Supersnel en duidelijk stemapparaat. Verslaat royaal de veel duurdere Korg. Snel genoeg om, behalve voor het stemmen, ook tijdens het spelen te worden gebruikt. Hopelijk komt er nog eens een versie met een snoer naar de opnemer zodat je de display naast je partituur kunt zetten.
