General

Since larger brass instruments are heavy, they can be more uncomfortable and less manageable for children to pick up and play. As such, Fazley offer beginners a much lighter weight, and more durable option in the form of the ART-Series instruments. Moulded from ABS and fitted with metal valves, this lightweight euphonium is not only more comfortable but more resistant to extreme temperatures and denting, while retaining the same sound and playing feel as brass instruments. It also comes complete with a plastic mouthpiece and a soft-bag.

The Fazley ART-EU140-S ABS Bb Euphonium

Tuned in a standard, accessible Bb, the ART-EU140-S euphonium has a has a 485mm diameter bell and a 21mm bore. The metal valves and metal valve-housing ensure smooth, friction-free playability while the metal F-attachment gives this instrument a wider and more pure tuning range that can be shifted down from Bb to F via the mounted trigger.

Tips or comments about this product

Valve oil does not come included with this euphonium. To ensure that the valves move smoothly, it is recommended to purchase a bottle of valve oil. Compatible valve oil can be found under the suggested accessories or in the package deals listed below.
Tip: If you won't be playing your trumpet for a while, make sure to loosen the valves to prevent them from becoming stuck.
