Part of the Backpacker Series, the Martin Guitars GBPC Acoustic Travel Guitar features the slimmest, most streamlined body in the Martin range, so this guitar can literally be slotted inside a backpack - or the included gig bag - and roam the Earth. While this model has a completely stripped back design, the quality of sound is fully retained by the solid Sitka spruce soundboard and laminated tonewood back and sides, so you're assured of clear and defined acoustic sound, even on the road.

The Martin Guitars Backpacker Series: Renowned Playability

The 24 inch scale length of the Martin Backpacker supports familiar playability and, coupled with the 42 millimetre nut and Richlite fretboard, your fingers are given plenty of room to play. Both the nut and the saddle have even been made from high-quality Graph Tech TUSQ to give the resonance a boost and ensure smooth and stable tuning, completing a reliable Martin-grade travel partner.
