The M7.2 is one of several compact LED torches by Led Lenser. It is only 13.1 centimetres long, yet has a Cree LED module that is capable of turning the power from four AAA batteries into an impressive 400 lumens. The module is behind a re-calibrated lens that allows you to adjust the beam to your liking via the Advanced Focus System. Additionally, you can quickly go from a broad to a narrow beam using the speed focus system, allowing you to quickly illuminate specific areas or objects. The multi-function switch allows you to quickly switch between the many functions of the torch. The Led Lenser M7R.2 is a very practical light for jobs around the house or stage, evening walks or guarding priceless works of art in a museum.
Torch with many functions
This M-class LED torch is equipped with Smart Light Technology. The M7.2 has two SLT functions: energy saving and constant current. The first gradually reduces the amount of lumens to have light for as long as possible, the second adheres to the maximum for as long as it can. Additionally, there are three SLT light programs: Professional, Easy and Defence. These programs offer you several functions, the most of which are in the Professional program. Lastly, there are eight more SLT functions. Morse allows you to easily flash Morse signals, Boost is a short bright light, while Power is a bright light for as long as possible. Low power dims the light so the batteries will last as long as they can. You can also dim the light with the dim function. SOS sends out consecutive sequences of three short, three long and three short bursts. And then there's Defence Strobe, which is a function the US military uses to disorient their opponents by rapidly flashing light.
