Ook 5 sterren voor de afhandeling door Bax... hoewel de financiering (ja duur apparaatje) niet officieel rond was, hebben ze toch gewoon een offerte gemaakt zodat ik nog van de Paas korting gebruik kon maken! Super bedankt...

Ik had graag 5 sterren willen geven,want de Montage is echt geweldig.
Geen muffe geluiden ,ieder geluid is zo dik en helder. Zowel de synth patches als piano's,strijkers,drums, etc. Er bestaat geen geen synth die aan deze kwaliteit kan tippen.
De superknop die ik bedien met een FC7 pedaal,maakt het helemaal af. Het morphing effect is echt bizar goed bedacht. Heeft niet bij iedere patch het gewenste resultaat,maar bij de meeste is het erg effectief.
Kortom,ja! Een dikke aanrader.
Dan de afhandeling. Ik was erg blij dat ik hem heb gekocht,op het weekend met de 10% korting.
Hij stond op "over 10 dagen leverbaar". Enkele dagen daarvoor had ik gebeld,of ik'm die dinsdag kon verwachten,en dat werd bevestigd. Ik heb een sessie geboekt met de Montage. Toen ik belde waar ie bleef ,bleek dat het toch niet doorging. Dat ging zeven weken zo door. Ik heb in die tijd wel 25x gebeld. Wel /niet/over een week/Ja, hij staat voor u klaar/morgen/Hij wordt nu voor u ingepakt/Sorry hij komt toch pas over 3 maanden/Sorry er staat bij dat u niet alles betaald heeft/Sorry,de andere medewerker had u niets mogen beloven/Sorry er gaat hier van alles mis/Sorry dit,sorry dat...etc..
En op de site bleef maar staan "over enkele dagen leverbaar". En dat,.. is gewoon niet eerlijk tegenover je klanten. (Is inmiddels wel aangepast)
Ik was aan het twijfelen om te annuleren,zeker omdat de Montage6 inmiddels in andere winkels wel leverbaar was.
Ik heb toch doorgezet,en uiteindelijk ging zelfs het leveren mis,ondanks dat ik de dagen ervoor iedere dag had gebeld om te zorgen dat er niets meer fout ging.
Toch was het moment daar, dat ik voor het eerst uit m'n slof schoot,en het stoom uit m'n oren kwam op het moment dat het dus toch weer mis ging .Helaas was een leidinggevende van Baxshop het slachtoffer van mijn wanhopige uitbarsting ,maar ik kon ik enkele uren daarna dus WEL de Montage 6 in ontvangst nemen.
Ik weet inmiddels ook dat er meerdere mensen zijn die met 10% korting de Montage hebben besteld. Daarbij gaat het ongeveer hetzelfde. Er zijn er er bij die zelfs hierdoor hun bestelling geannuleerd hebben en de 10% (300 tot 400E korting!) maar voor lief namen.
Ik weet niet of Baxshop dit expres doet om de 10% korting klanten te demotiveren. Ik kan me het alleen niet voorstellen dat je zo met je vaste klanten omgaat,want dat is erg korte termijn denkend.
Ik weet wel dat ik dit echt niet gewend ben van Baxshop waar ik al jaren vaste klant ben.
