General
The Arturia MicroBrute may be smaller than the MiniBrute but it's hard to miss this analogue synth with 25 mini keys, single oscillator, filter section and even a micro patch bay. Use the Octave Shift controls to add some octaves to the keyboard. A pitch bend and (adjustable) modulation wheel are built in. The MicroBrute has an analogue signal pad that fits right into the current analogue revival!
MicroBrute: small but brave
The single oscillator in the MicroBrute can be operated via various rotary knobs, including the Ultrasaw and the Metalizer, both taken from the MiniBrute. In the filter section, there's a Brute Factor control on board that offers a rich, saturated sound. It even has a little patch bay as well as a straightforward sequencer. The MicroBrute may be compact in size but its sound possibilities are anything but limited! This special Creation edition features a detail from Michaelangelo's 'The Creation of Adam'.

Presets zijn uitstekend. Verder is de synthesizer erg makkelijk te koppelen aan de pc. Via de DAW via midi makkelijk bestuurbaar.

Based on the text and the accompanying specifications, we assume that Casio is trying to lure us to their NAMM booth so they can present their latest keyboard/synthesizer: the MZ-X. This will likely remind keyboard enthusiasts of the MZ-2000, an old Casio model that, considering the words 'Reinvented, Reimagined, Reborn' is apparently about to be brought back to life. Rumour has it that two models will be released, the MZ-500 and the MZ-1000, but take that with a grain of salt; it's very possible that MZ-X is indeed the final name for this workstation.
