General

Total mobility on stage, that's what any guitarist wants! Worrying about getting tangled in the cables of your fellow musicians only detracts from your performance! This is why a system should meet three requirements: reliability, durability and a good sound quality. The XS Wireless series is equipped with these properties and adds a very friendly price tag to them! The Sennheiser XSW 72 is the wireless instrument system from this series. This GB (Great Britain) version is well suited for use in the United Kingdom and operates on a frequency band between 606 and 630 MHz.

Mobility facilitated by the XWS 72 GB

With the Sennheiser XSW 72 GB you can go wherever you want, while having your hands free to do other things. It is a ready-made wireless instrument system for acoustic and electric (bass) guitar, but it is also fit for other instruments with a line output. Clamp the bodypack to your belt, plug your instrument into the bodypack via the accessory jack cable and you are good to go for your first wireless session!

Easy to set up!

The bodypack is equipped with a mute button, so that you can decide for yourself when your signal is passed on. Setting this set up is not hard at all. A suitable frequency is found automatically. The bodypack is powered by 2 AA batteries, this equals 10 hours of continuous use of the microphone. The other settings on the XSW 12 have been kept simple and intuitive by Sennheiser.

Tips or comments about this product
  • Please note: this is the UK version, the version with frequency band B (614-638 MHz) is better suited for use in the Netherlands. For use in Belgium, frequency band A is better suited (548-572 MHz).
