The Presonus AudioBox Stereo Recording Kit is the perfect compact solution for stereo recordings in your studio or during rehearsals, gigs and performances. This comprehensive recording bundle consists of a quality interface, recording software, two small-diaphragm condenser microphones and a pair of excellent headphones. Cables are included, as is an XY stereo microphone T-bar.

AudioBox Stereo Recording Kit: the sound card and the software

The Presonus AudioBox is a compact 2-channel USB interface with two decent microphone preamplifiers with phantom power, and all the connectors you need for the included hardware and a set of monitors. Together with the Presonus Studio One Artist software, this sound card is the beating heart of your recording kit. Studio One Artist is a user-friendly package with a remarkably quick workflow. The program offers an unlimited number of tracks and comes with a wide range of plugins, so you can instantly get down to business, producing professional mixes with high-grade sounds.

Microphone and headphones

The Presonus AudioBox features two microphone inputs to accommodate the included stereo pair. These small-diaphragm microphones accurately capture all sound around them. Thanks to their cardioid pickup pattern, it's possible to use them for XY and AB recordings alike. A pair of HD7 headphones allows you to monitor everything that's going down. Deep bass tones, vocals and sharp cymbal sounds are all reproduced in equal detail.
