General

Thanks to their 5-inch woofers, Mackie's CR5BT monitors are ideal for post-production jobs, such as audio and video editing. Like all models from the CR series, they also feature 0.75-inch silk dome tweeters that reproduce your trebles with optimal clarity. What really makes the CR5BT monitor speakers unique, however, is their speaker placement switch, which allows you to decide which side of your setup has volume control.

The Mackie CR5BT: Easy Bluetooth Pairing

Mackie's CR5BT monitors are easily paired up with any Bluetooth device, and the Bluetooth LED on the front panel keeps you informed of the status of your connection. Bluetooth is a great way of streaming audio from smartphones, tablets and other sources that support this technology. Whether you want to check out a reference mix or simply listen to your favourite music or videos, these Mackie monitor speakers make it all exceedingly simple. Would you like to listen to an audio source that doesn't support Bluetooth? No problem, just plug it into the monitor's front-mounted aux input.

Bridging the gap

With their CR5BT monitors, Mackie are effectively bridging the gap between home use and serious studio applications. In essence, Mackie have combined the best of their CR3 and CR4 series, and topped that off with Bluetooth functionality, applying the popular 'less is more' motto to studio wiring. The CR5BTs are equipped with high-grade audio components and, unlike most other monitors in the same price range, they have a housing made of wood.

Speakers geven genoeg bas
