Hercules’s XPS series consists of affordable monitor systems. Ideal for DJs and beginning producers that are looking for a nice home set. As opposed to many other multimedia sets, the XPS 2.0 60 has ordinary RCA connectors at the back. This allows you to easily connect it to an audio interface, DJ mixer or DJ MIDI controller with inbuilt interface. Thanks to the magnetic shielding, you will hardly ever suffer from disturbances on this speaker system!
Characteristics of the XPS 2.0 60 system
The XPS 2.0 60 consists of two powerful speakers. One of the speakers has an inbuilt amplifier module, that is connected to the second speaker via a signal cable. The XPS 2.0 60 is equipped at its front with an auxiliary output, a headphone output and even an extensive volume and sound control. An indication LED lights up when the system is active.
Components and construction of the speaker set
The special design of this set is not just stylish, it is also extremely functional. The two bass reflex ports at the front create pressure and retrieve the deepest tones. A helping hand is offered by the 3 inch woofers that both speakers are equipped with. These also take care of the mid range frequencies. Each speaker is also equipped with a tweeter, to help reproduce the high tones brightly and clearly!

Ik koos voor deze luidsprekers om ze te gebruiken bij mijn computer. De belofte van goed geluid wordt met een fris hoog, opvallend lekker laag en mooie stereospreiding geheel waargemaakt, vooral als je de prijs in aanmerking neemt.
Enige minpuntje is misschien dat "touwtje" tussen de rechter en de linker luidspreker, dat had wel een metertje langer en iets dikker gekund.
Al met al een aanrader voor bovengenoemd doel.
Het geluid was behoorlijk goed hoor. Eigenlijk zou ik ze opnieuw willen kopen, maar omdat er zoveel keuze is, wijk ik toch uit naar een andere.
Wat is er gebeurd?
Ze stonden die eerste dag te spelen, niet stil, niet luid, op test dat je alles goed hoort.
Ik was even de kamer uit, en bij binnenkomen was het stil.
Geen geluid meer, en geen zekering stuk.
Die middag nog in Goes geweest, en ander merk genomen.
Maar ergens wil ik ze terug, goed geluid, lage prijs, ideaal ook om mee te nemen naar waar je geluid wil.
Ik denk dat ik gewoon pech heb gehad.
Premières utilisations satisfaisantes avec un son plutôt neutre en équalisation ne dénaturant pas le rendu sonore de mes productions.
Goed geluid ,wat ook nog mooi blijft bij hoog volume.
+ Volume/Bass/Treble regelaars, voorzijde 'hoofd'monitor. // Ontzettend functionele toevoeging.
+ Uiterlijk. // Netjes, strak afgewerkt setje monitoren.
+ Geluid. // Compact maar krachtig geluid.
+ Pakket inhoud. // Alle benodigde bekabeling wordt meegeleverd.
- Pakket inhoud. // De meegeleverde geluidskabel is van slechte kwaliteit. Ik zelf heb de geluidskabel na een week al vervangen voor een kabel van betere kwaliteit.
Kortom; degelijk betaalbaar setje monitoren!
De punchy bass van deze XPS 60 set is echter ook wel eens leuk voor de afwisseling.
Ben super tevreden.
