The Austrian Audio Hi-X15 headphones are relatively inexpensive studio headphones that, besides the studio, can be used in the rehearsal space and even on stage. They're quite robust and feature a foldable design and a closed construction that ensures that no sound bleeds into your recordings. In addition to undisturbed mixing on stage, the Austrian Audio Hi-X15s are great for listening to music via a smartphone or tablet thanks to the low impedance of just 25 Ohms.

Hij lekte een heel klein beetje bij een clicktrack die wat te hard stond. Maar omdat de hoofdtelefoon zo mooi het buitengeluid afsluit, is dat prima op te lossen door 'm gewoon wat zachter te zetten. En dat ging ook prima.
De hoofdtelefoon is redelijk lineair tot 2kHz ongeveer, daarboven is het wel wat veel. Het kan soms wat scherp zijn maar dan is er wat mis met je mix of opname.
Het laag is erg gedetailleerd en strak… het stereo beeld is breed en precies.
Voor deze prijs is het echt een goede hoofdtelefoon. De hoofdtelefoon sluit goed af en zit prettig.
Het zal voor veel mensen even wennen zijn.
