These headphones have special drivers and an acoustically transparent housing of aluminium 'honeycomb' mesh, a perforated material with hexagonal holes. The headphones deliver accurate and natural open-back audio reproductions. All in all, the ATH-R70x headphones are robust, lightweight studio headphones with wonderful wearing comfort. Delivery includes a double-sided detachable cable.

A la première écoute j'ai été saisi par la qualité de la spatialisation du son (comparé à mon bon vieux sennheiser hd25).
Les aigus sont bien détaillés, les basses profondes. Peut-être un peu moins bon dans les médiums mais cela reste un excellent casque.
A voir dans la durée après quelques mixs et mastering plus détaillés.
