General
Recording audio is an art in itself, and in an effort to create the best possible sound, studio engineers have to find a balance in all the external acoustic elements such as noise bleed, structural self-resonance and off-axis colouration.
AuralXpanders give studio engineers more control by enabling them to filter out unwanted overtones, which tend to force engineers to overcompensate during the mixing phase. AuralXpanders offer a way to control the tone and passive filtering before the audio even reaches a control knob or plugin via the signal path.
