General
The extremely popular FG steel-string guitars by Yamaha have been around for half a century. This entry-level model has a pleasant tone and sustain thanks to the solid top. This guitar has a striking warm, unique Sand Burst finish.
Enhanced construction
The FG800 range is similar to its predecessor with the exception of a few important enhancements. The already excellent construction has been improved with scalloped bracing, which also ensures more prominent low and mid tones. The neck has become more comfortable to play thanks to the rolled fret edges and slender profile.
