General

The Washburn Comfort Series GM15S proves that when built skilfully, an acoustic travel guitar can produce a surprising amount of sound. This splendid 7/8-size steel-string guitar boasts various deluxe features, including a solid sitka spruce top and an ebony fretboard that combine with a mahogany neck, back and sides for a full, rich sound with lush trebles. With the GM15S, G-Mini stands for grand auditorium mini; a more compact and comfortable shapes suited for both strumming and fingerpicking styles. Another worthy addition is the quarter-sawn scalloped sitka spruce bracing, which gives the top more room to resonance and produce more bass and harmonics, and there's of course the well thought-out cutaway that grants access to even the highest frets without reducing the size of the resonance chamber too much. This, an easy to play neck, and an included gig bag, make sure the GM15S is ready for any music-filled adventure.
