General

This accessible Vintage V400N steel-string guitar has a neck profile that's sure to fit all hand types. The neck feels smooth to the touch, partially due to the rosewood fretboard, which makes it easy and comfortable to play. The V400N is an attractive full-size Dreadnought that offers a round, warm sound thanks to the large body volume and solid spruce top.

Vintage V400N acoustic steel-string guitar

In terms of tone, this guitar boasts an impressive low-frequency range and a defined high-frequencies. Its open sound is suitable for any style of music and it offers a pleasant resonant tone when played with a plectrum. When playing fingerstyle, the V400N produces a warm, responsive, bright sound thanks to the mahogany base and solid spruce top.

The Vintage brand

Vintage Guitars started out as a budget brand that somewhat justifiably garnered a number of negative reviews. However, that changed drastically when Trevor Wilkinson, known for his affordable yet high-quality guitar parts, attached his name to the Vintage brand. Not only did Vintage's hardware division receive a shot of quality, but the wood selection and construction methods were also greatly improved. Since then, Vintage has made a name for itself by offering excellent value for money, and now more than holds its own among the ferocious competition in this price range.
