The Recording King RPH-05 is a compact steel-string guitar from the Dirty '30s series. An important feature of this Single-O model (a.k.a. parlor model) is its solid top, as it gives the manageable RPH-05 a surprising amount of tonal force and warmth - to which the spruce adds some essential clarity. Together with the classic-looking dark matte sunburst finish, the parlor shape (very popular in the first half of the 20th century) ensures a strikingly vintage look.
