General
This Epiphone PRO-1 is an acoustic steel-string guitar with a natural finish. If you're just starting out, this model is perfect as it offers a high level of playing comfort thanks to its EZ neck profile that fits naturally in the hand and its JumboPro frets. The scale length of 24.75 inches means that the frets are relatively close together and that the strings have a lower tension which also makes this instrument easier for beginners to play.
PRO-1 Acoustic
This Dreadnought model has a mahogany back and sides with a spruce top and an okoume neck. The fretboard features a PRO-Ease coating for a smooth playing experience. The dual-action truss rod allows you to tweak the setup of this model to perfection. For excellent tuning stability this model is also equipped with a Graph Tech Nubone string nut and Epiphone Deluxe machine heads.

Concernant la livraison, le colis est arrivé à la date prévue mais ouvert donc moyen (carton Bax Music ouvert dû aux manipulations selon le livreur, carton de la guitare fermé mais non cerclé). Concernant la guitare, je suis un peu déçu par les finissions de la part d'Epiphone, je m'attendais à mieux. Traces sur le vernis à certains endroits de la guitare, une des mécaniques n'est pas vissée dans l'alignement des autres et pas de film protecteur sur le pickguard, les désavantages de ne pas choisir sa guitare en magasin. Sinon la guitare sonne bien, jeu de tirant peut-être un peu light, manque de précisons dans les basses mais rien de méchant le son reste harmonieux, à ce prix là cela reste une bonne affaire.

Pour ce qui est de la guitare, rien à dire, le top. Une sonorité géniale pour ce prix.

Niets te klagen, de tuners zorgen ervoor dat je makkelijk de juiste tuning krijgt, niet heel veel draaien. En kwa geluid mag je zeker niet klagen voor deze prijs. Klinkt gewoon goed. De bridge zonder pinnen maakt het vervangen van snaren ook erg makkelijk.
Voor wat ik merk, als beginner, is dat hij gewoon lekker speelt, goed in elkaar is gezet en vormt een goede basis. De rest? Dat ligt aan de speler!
Voor deze prijs kun je moeilijk een beter akoestische gitaar krijgen als deze epiohone. Toen ik hem binnenkreeg stond de nek mooi recht en was er eigenlijk geen nood voor en set up. Het enige nadaal is dat hij niet zo lang goed gestemd blijft.
