For smooth and supple playability that retains a bright response, Martin serve up the MA175 80/20 Bronze 0.11 - 0.52 strings from their Authentic Acoustic Series. These Superior Performance strings are bound to provide you with more playing comfort and enhanced tone, in particular because of the improved quality of the material used to wind the strings. Extra stability is provided by the strong and durable core while, to ensure that moisture is prevented from corroding that natural sparkle, each string has been coated in a protective layer of tin.

Fijn en helder geluid, gaan lang mee(ookal is het wel verstandig om ze met enige regelmaat schoon te maken) en zijn wat mij betreft een aanrader!

Deze snaren gekocht op zoek naar een goedkoper alternatief voor de elixir snaren die ik 'normaal' op mijn western gitaar gebruik. Na 1x optreden gelijk een 'grof' vingergevoel op de onomwonden snaren met veel bijkomend 'grit' dat van de snaren afkomt. Als je je gitaar en snaren direct na elk optreden grondig schoonmaakt zal er weinig aan de hand zijn met deze snaren, maar als je dit pas na een paar uur doet (zoals ik deed) kun je meteen een nieuw setje kopen. Ik ga weer terug naar de 'duurdere' Elixir snaren, die gaan dus echt véél langer mee.

Ik gebruik deze 0.11 Martin snaren al meer dan 10 jaar. Hele fijne snaren met een hele goede vasthoudende klank. Een echte aanrader voor wie nog niet bekend is met de Martin 0.11 SP80/20

Goed set snaren. Geven op mijn Martin gitaar een mooi helder geluid terwijl de bassnaren warm en diep klinken. Genoeg volume. Fijn te bespelen.
