General

Guitar strings can be pretty over-sensitive things. They don't like moisture or even too much oxygen and tend to hold onto any dirt and grease picked up from your fingertips. To toughen them up a little, Ernie Ball have added an ultra-thin protective coating to their pack of 2546 Everlast acoustic guitar strings. While this special coating can't be detected while playing, it adds a considerable extension to the life-span of the strings. These medium-light steel-strings have a steel core with phosphor bronze winding for consistently rich bass and transparent trebles.
