General

The Kurzweil SP6 is a lightweight stage piano, crammed with superb sounds. With the new LENA processor, you get the same sound quality achieved by the Forte SE and PC3 pianos. You'll also find the same sounds as those of the Forte SE, expanded with a selection of the PC3 series and the KORE 64. Samples from a Japanese and a German grand piano are included and have been optimized specifically for the SP6. Complete with Kurzweil String Resonance and ToneReal organ sounds from classic Hammond, Vox and Farfisa organs, this little keyboard will break your setup wide open. The Kurzweil SP6 is fitted with 88 Hammer Action keys, with 10 sensitivity settings and all of this is packed into a black-blue housing with a total weight of just 12 kg.

Effects

The SP6 features a powerful FX Engine boasting 32 effects including Reverbs, Delays, Choruses, Flangers, Phasers, and Distortions that can also be controlled by external pedals. The SP6 comes with a standard sustain / switch pedal included, but you also have the option to connect a separately available switch pedal and / or expression pedal as needed. Four independent arpeggiators can be used with special on / off and tap tempo buttons and with just four control buttons you can easily adjust your sounds in real time. With the five Favourites buttons provided, you can swiftly and directly load your favourite sounds.

Easy To Use

The SP6 has an assembly of intuitively arranged control buttons and an LCD screen. A pitch and a modulation wheel are close at hand at the top of the piano and can also be used for Transpose and Variation. The SP6 is also loaded with very special FlashPlay technology, allowing you to load a total of 2 GB of samples directly and without any waiting time. If you want to really push the SP6, external software for Mac OX S, Windows and iOS devices is also available.
