General

With the Artis and Artis 7, Kurzweil already delivered top-quality stage pianos that up until then keyboardists had only dreamed of. It seems they've now decided, however, that they can do it even better! Introducing the Artis SE, a stage piano that continues on from where its revered predecessors stopped. In terms of performance and sound quality, the Artis and Artis 7 left little to be desired and yet, with the Artis SE, Kurzweil have taken things to the next level.

German Grand Piano

Just like the Artis, the Artis SE has the stunning sound of a German grand piano among its sounds. On top of that, this wonderful stage piano has the best sounds from the PC3 and KORE 64 expansion modules including horns, strings, synths, guitars and organs. Its great sound and the Fatar TP-1000 keyboard with 88 weighted keys will make you feel like you're playing a real piano.

User and Factory Programs

The Artis SE has 256 user programs and 256 factory programs that can be called up quickly and easily via the front panel. From classical to modern: the Artis SE can do it all. Playing in multi-mode is also no problem with 128 multi-modes on board, ensuring that you'll always have inspiration right at your fingertips. An EQ section on the front panel lets you adjust the range of sounds exactly to your wishes. There's even a handy switch for turning the equaliser quickly on or off when required.

Controllers

Apart from all of the handy functions at your disposal, the Artis SE has no less than eleven controllers, including a pitch and modulation wheel. Four sliders give you real-time control over the classic organ sounds. The blue LCD display gives you a clear overview of your current settings, while the intuitive controls allow you to create the perfect sound in no time. Finally, a handy bookmark function lets you recall six of your favourite sounds at the push of a button.
