General
Road Ready originally designed this stand for speakers, but it's also great for a very wide range of other purposes . This platform offers a lot of space - this is, for instance, enough for two rugged double 12 or double 15-inch satellite speakers. It's great for situations that do not require subs, but do need a few satellite speakers.
Because the system has been copied from the Intellistage system, this platform features a lot of benefits. For instance, it folds easily into a compact size so that it fits virtually any car for transport. Furthermore, the rugged system can hold up to 500 kilograms, despite its height of approximately 120 centimetres. This height does have it advantage: it makes the platform perfect for use as a CD case table, which are often hard to come by on location.
