General
This installation set consists of four QSC AD-S4T speakers and a GXD4 amplifier. The AD-S4T speakers are from QSC's Acoustic Design range. They are easy to install and feature a stylish, elegant design. The sound system is suitable for a wide variety of applications and the speakers are equipped with a durable, lightweight housing. This set is ideal for educational and audio-visual purposes, in establishments, retail shops, and for use outdoors thanks to an IP rating of 54, which means it's dust and splash resistant.
GXD4 amplifier
QSC's GXD4 amp is reliable and versatile with a 1600-watt Class-D output capacity under the bonnet. This, combined with the extremely flexible DSP makes the GXD4 one of the best amps in its price category. What's more, you can configure your settings directly on the GXD4 itself, which means you don't need to use your laptop or any external gear.
X-Mount system
This set also includes the patented X-Mount installation system that enables you to mount the speakers horizontally or vertically to the wall or ceiling. Once you've attached the X-Mount, all you need to do is place the speaker into it and it will lock into place automatically. Het gewicht en compacte formaat is wel zalig als je de QSC PowerLights (classe H, veel metaal aan koelvin vanbinnen) en Crown Macrotechs (oerdegelijk maar loodzware transfo) gewoon bent.
Zeer spijtig want QSC hun oudere producten (made in the USA) doen het hier fantastisch.
1 maal getest en erna terug ingepakt en retour gestuurd. Ik hoop dat er een defect aan was, anders zijn er veel goedkopere alternatieven met gelijkaardige performance en DSP (zoals behringer NX reeks) die niet proberen je speakers op te blazen door er DC pulsen door te jagen wanneer ze uit staan.
Zeer licht in gewicht en dan toch zat vermogen, heel blij mee en de DSP werkt ook zeer fijn en duidelijk.
Scheelt enorm veel sjouw werk.
Dankzij de goede limiters ook heerlijk te gebruiken als floor monitorversterker.
Si vous chercher un ampli dans cette gamme de puissance, pour faire de la sono, du studio ou même de la hifi, ce modèle devrait vous donner satisfaction.
