General

Bearing an especially clever design, the BluGuitar FATCAB speaker cabinet manages to squeeze all of the benefits of a 4x12 cab into a tight 1x12 housing. To get a big guitar sound, you'd usually need a big, back-breaking cab, but here, BluGuitar have kept things as compact as possible while somehow delivering big fat sound. The aptly named FATCAB is just a little bigger than its close-cousin, the NANOCAB, but does it all via just one 12 inch speaker.

Smart German Design

Home to a 60 Watt 12 inch speaker with an 8 Ohm impedance, the FATCAB has a closed back construction that has been specifically designed to punch out big sound backed up by the stunning bass response of a Thiele Bass-Reflex-System. Using the serial and parallel output, the FATCAB can be linked to a second speaker cabinet as needed, and while it is the natural partner of the BluGuitar AMP1 amplifier head, it's also compatible with other heads. So, if you yearn for big sound but need as tight and light a setup as humanly possible, then the BluGuitar FATCAB gives you exactly that.

The Peavey 6505 series is widely acclaimed, but apparently the amp manufacturer still felt something was missing from the lineup. That's why they've added two new products to the range. One is called the Piranha Micro Head, a 20W hybrid top that can practically fit into your jacket pocket. The other is the Guitar Subwoofer, a cabinet with an 18" speaker and 300 watts of power to beef up the low end. Together, they're a great pair.
