General

Pearl's new SensiTone series of snare drums is equipped with all-new hardware components and innovative technology. On top of that, the STA1450MM has a shell made of high-quality maple, which gives this snare drum a typical warm sound.

Pearl STA1450MM Maple SensiTone snare drum

Because this STA1450MM is made from 6 plies of maple, the shell is a whopping 5.4mm thick. That makes it a very solid snare drum with a lot of personality in its sound. Furthermore, this snare is equipped with the SR-150 snare strainer with Gladstone-style throw-off and Click-Lock technology. This allows you to easily adjust the tension of your snares. The SuperHoop II hoops and Remo Coated Ambassador drumheads provide a quick, powerful attack. Robust quality and a timeless look!
