General
The Haze Head by Rush is part of the Club Smoke Dual system. It turns the smoke fluid that's pumped in from the base station into a fine haze. Contrary to a regular smoke machine, a hazer doesn't create big plumes of smoke, but a light mist that's ideal for helping your light effects stand out more. The maximum distance between this head and the base station is 10 metres, with a maximum height difference of 10 metres as well.
Rush Club Smoke Dual Haze Head: possibilities
As we mentioned before, the Pump Unit is required to operate the Haze Head. It's the base station that controls the Haze Head using a single RJ45 data cable, allowing you to set the smoke volume or a timer. Thanks to the built-in fan, the Haze Head delivers an even mist. It's suited for continuous use - as long as there's smoke fluid in the tank, of course! In short, it's the ideal solution for smoke machines in a fixed, permanent setup.
Club Smoke Dual system
When you use multiple smoke machines, each device is usually equipped with its own fluid tank. If these devices are mounted in difficult locations, such as on a truss, for instance, you'll have to take the machine down to refill the tank, or get up there yourself. However, with the Rush Club Smoke Dual system, fluid distribution is centralised. You just have to make sure the central Pump Unit is filled up, and it will distribute the fluid to connected fog heads or haze heads. Both heads use the same type of fluids.
