Every Meinl Sonic Energy Solfeggio Crystal Singing Bowl has been carefully tuned to match ancient Solfeggio frequencies: very specific sound waves that are said to have a healing affect on the human body, mind and soul. Like every member of the series, the SOLCSB10-639 singing bowl has been made from white, high-purity quartz crystal and when tapped or rubbed, produces a long, spherical tone with a wide dispersion. As well as a singing bowl, Meinl have included a silicon ring that the bowl can be set upon to ensure maximum resonance, and since this model produces the Sol (Solive polluti) frequency at 741 Hertz, it resonates in alignment with the throat chakra to help increase intuition and improve problem-solving abilities and has a cleansing affect that helps to elevate consciousness.
