The Meinl CSBH8B Crystal Singing Bowl shapes a spherical tone when softly tapped or rubbed. The fitted handle increases comfort and makes it easier to direct soothing vibration where needed. This 8-inch singing bowl is made of clear quartz, has a sleek White Frosted finish and produces a B4 note which has an effect on the crown chakra - the chakra that represents consciousness and connection to the divine origin.
