General
Morley's ABY signal splitter/combiner is a simple yet effective device as it allows you to split one signal into two, or combine two signals into one signal. This switcher pedal is True Bypass and passive, which means that it doesn't need batteries to power it and that the original timbre of your guitar's sound is maintained. Two practical LEDs indicate which signal is active (this function does require a 9V battery, however).
Two guitars on one amplifier
The Morely ABY is the perfect way to connect two different guitars to a single amplifier. This means you no longer have to put your amp on standby when you swap guitars on stage. Simply press the A or B button to cut off the signal from one guitar and activate that of the other one. You can also simultaneously play two guitars over one amplifier by activating both signals with the A and B button.
Using two amps for one guitar
The Morley ABY signal splitter/combiner is also perfectly suited to connect a single guitar to two amplifiers. It is a great function if you use one of your amps for your cleans and another for high-gain distortion, for instance. You can connect your guitar to both amplifiers and send the signal of your guitar to one or both of them.

MAAR van de ene dag op de andere geen switch meer tussen de 2 gitaren... na
Een goede 8 a.9 maanden dit bakje te hebben, ook beseft (na het switchprobleem) dat de lampjes NIET branden... wel zelf op te lossen
Met de Morley switch kan ik dus eenvoudig met de voetschakelaar (A of B) wisselen tussen mijn twee gitaren. Heel makkelijk!
Een degelijke pedaal om eenvoudig weg je signaal te gaan splitten.
Ik speel op een VOX AC30 versterker en was al een tijdje op zoek naar een manier
om te schakelen tussen de 2 kanalen en daar er bij VOX zelf geen dergelijke pedaal
bestaat vond ik deze Morley Splitter/Combiner de ideale oplossing.
De Morley heeft in principe geen stroom nodig al is een batterijke wel handig
voor het voorzien van de LED's die weinig energie verbruiken.
