General

Boasting the wide tuning range demanded by all-round drummers, this Tama Starclassic Maple three-piece can be set up for everything: from pop to rock, and from funk to metal. Each shell has been made from maple to guarantee a warm and focussed response with a clear attack and plenty of solid projection, where the kick features a 7mm-thick, 8-ply wall and the floor tom features a 5mm-thick, 6-ply wall. The included rack tom has a deeper shell, supporting bigger punch and presence, and each shell comes complete with a set of Evans drumheads and Die-Cast hoops. Tama has also polished off this flexible set with the Start-Cast mounting system and a set of Quick-Lock brackets.

Besides the one-off Gloss Natural Movingui finish of each shell, this set has also been decked out with the unique flair of Smoke Black Nickel shell hardware, polishing off the stage-ready look. And, since this is a rock-configured set, it includes a 22 inch by 14 inch kick drum, a 12 inch by 8 inch rack tom and a 16 inch by 16 inch floor tom.
