While this Ocean Sunset coated six-piece shell-set doesn't come with cymbals or a hardware pack, the high-grade build and finish gives you more than enough for your cash, and the absence of all those trimmings leaves this kit wide open for full customisation.

Shaped using a combination of maple, birch and ash, each of the 7.2mm thick shells feature an ash outer layer and maple inner layer. This considered construction ensures a balanced and focussed response, backed up by rich tonality and outstanding articulation, where the birch gives the overall tone a high-end boost and the ash gives the mid-frequencies some even presence. This complete set includes a 10 inch by 8 inch and 12 inch by 9 inch hanging tom, a 14 inch by 14 inch and 16 inch by 16 inch floor tom, a 22 inch by 18 inch kick drum, and a 14 inch by 5.5 inch Tomahawk Steel snare drum.

Mapex SONIClear Tension Hoops

Each shell is reinforced by chrome-plated shell hardware, while both floor toms boast the optimised projection and resonance of a set of SONIClear floor tom legs, the handing toms are supported by a set of SONIClear mounts, and a full pack of pre-fitted SONIClear tension hoops ensure improved drumhead contact and quick, streamlined tuning.
