Each shell has been kitted out with solid chrome hardware and 45° bearing edges that combine to guarantee a solid, penetrating attack, improved tuning character and rich, resonant sustain. And while the adaptable, all-round sound and response of these drum shells is definitely on point, the whole set comes in a subtle and sleek, vintage-flavoured Tennessee Whiskey that puts the natural texture of the wood grain on full display - so you're also getting some professional, stage-worthy swag on the side.

The brothers started making bass drum pedals and soon expanded their production to include snare drums, kettle drums and every other flavour of drums and the rest is history, as they say. To celebrate their 110th birthday, Ludwig release the 110th Anniversary Heirloom Black Brass snare drum. It’s available in two sizes and we have both in stock, right now!
