Yamaha makes a number of mouthpieces for your saxophone, each and every one with the great quality you know and expect from Yamaha. There are 5 mouthpieces for soprano sax from the Standard series: 3C, 4C, 5C, 6C and 7C. The MP AS 3C mouthpiece is very well suited for beginner musicians and offers a clear, bright sound over the entire range of the instrument.

Standard Series

Saxophone mouthpieces from the Standard series are fashioned from phenolic material. When it comes to specifications and playing characteristics, this mouthpiece is incredibly consistent and offers you excellent quality and musicality. Because of the shorter facing length, these mouthpieces are also very well suited for beginners, because they're easier to play without sacrificing quality.
