General
The SMS1 is a pair of rutes by Stagg (which they call Multi Sticks), and is a great option for playing softer music on acoustic sets. Each stick has 19 maple dowels. Maple is known for being very light, which keeps the sticks light, as well as the dynamics. The handle is made of plastic and offers plenty of grip, and a plastic sleeve offers a perfect storage situation. The SMS1 is the light version from the series.

Excellent matériel mais attention, c'est du "tout fin". Donc pas pour "cogner". A manipuler calmement pour des petites balades ou morceaux "jazz" soft.

De stokken gekocht om wat minder herrie te maken - wat prima lukt! Als de sprieten loskomen gewoon wat vastzetten met tape/epoxy - geen probleem!

Geweldige stokken. De sprieten laten naar verwachting snel los. Heb ik ook met andere merken. Wat ik doen is de endcaps lostrekken en de sprieten daar vastlijmen met epoxy. Even wat moeite maar wel de moeite waard. Wellicht een idee voor de fabrikant.
Wat prettig is en enigszins bijzonder... roffelen is geen issue het gaat gewoon...goed

Queste rods sono una perfezione di suono e dinamica. Sono bacchette ultraleggere e ben impugnabili. Sono ottime per chi voglia avere un suono acustico (stile cantautoriale per intenderci) o più spinto verso il jazz. La firma Stagg è una garanzia a tutti gli effetti. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Zoals de vorige reviewer ook al schrijft, komen de sticks al heel snel los.
Ik moest ze herhaaldelijk terug tikken.
Ook liet bij mij de achterkant (dopje en grip) al heel snel los.
Heb nu alles met tape vastgeplakt, maar dat is volgens mij niet helemaal de bedoeling.

De rods zijn lekker licht en spelen fijn!
Alleen ze trekken snel krom en de sprieten komen al vrij snel naar boven klimmen.
Dat vind ik erg jammer want ze spelen heerlijk en zijn erg fijn.
Paar minpuntjes dus.
